Those observant chaps over at Brickset have uncovered a new Christmas set, presumably coming towards the end of this year as one of the Lego Shop promo sets, a snowglobe! Featured is Father Christmas, standing in front of a little Christmas tree, enclosed within a chamber (maybe not quite a globe!), with a sprinkling of round white tiles (aka snow) ready to shake around him.
As the instructions reveal (which Hoth Bricks tracked down on Lego's servers), the base is a little draw, so you could hide a small gift in it too!

Lego in the mood for love this Valentine's Day
New images of two romantically themed sets have appeared, continue below to check them out.
Lego have revealed their 2014 Valentine's Day set, 40120 (so far unnamed), which is a little minifigure marriage proposal scene; a window-side table at a restaurant, with a heart-topped bottle of something and a ludicrously scaled box to contain the ring. The set was discovered on the Lego image archive by Brickset.

Year of the sheep
The next year in the Chinese zodiac is the Year of the Sheep, and Lego have released a set to commemorate it. At least if you live in Japan they have, where you can find 40148 Year of the Sheep.
A Japanese website, Lego Train, posted the advert here, while a Brickset reader sent in images of the packaging (see after the jump), revealing how it comes with a gift envelope, ready to package the Lego set up with other new years presents.
This could well be the continuation of an annual tradition, following the release last year of 10250 Year Of The Snake.

New seasonal sets
Lego have several new seasonal sets on the way, and some out now, ready for the forthcoming autumn and winter festivities. Here's a look at the various holiday sets:
First up there's a new brick-built reindeer, with two Christmas presents, in set 40092. This set continues a range of seasonal sets this year which feature brick-built animals paired with some sort of accessory, following the Valentines bear (40085) and Easter bunny (40086) earlier this year, and other sets you'll see down page.
And even longer running seasonal range is Lego's series of Christmas tree baubles. Each one contains miniature Lego build, held within a bespoke Lego ball. At least two new designs are coming this year, a cat and log cabin:
Continue after the jump for more Christmas sets, plus Halloween and Thanksgiving builds:
